Novavax Branding & Recruitment
Novavax is a biotech company focused solely on vaccines that fight infectious diseases. Though they have been around for more than a decade in vaccine research and development, they are now marketing and distributing vaccines as well. As they became a public-facing brand, our role was to help bolster their reputation among investors and the public. We updated and enhanced their branding design elements, fine-tuned their voice and updated their corporate website to reflect their new branding. We also launched a robust recruitment campaingn to help fill their 1,500 new roles across the globe.
